A few useful answers
Gila Guide is coming soon. We will add the App Store link here when it is available.
Gila Guide is for iPhone running iOS 26 or later, for adults 18 and older in the United States. Apple must share an age range confirming adult eligibility before the app opens. Additional help with complex Smart Entry wording requires an eligible Apple Intelligence device.
No Gila account is required. Your records are stored on your iPhone. Optional Pro purchases use your App Store Apple Account.
Create an encrypted backup from You → Encrypted backup and restore, and keep the file and its recovery key somewhere safe and separate from your phone. You need both to restore your records on another iPhone. Health logs do not automatically sync and are excluded from system backup. Without a Gila backup and its key, losing your phone or deleting the app can mean losing your records.
Encrypted Gila backup and restore are free. Pro also lets you create a clinician PDF with selected report sections and record dates. PDFs are not password-protected. Review the contents and recipient before sharing; use your provider’s secure patient portal when available. Gila cannot recall or delete saved or shared copies.
Yes. Enable optional Face ID, Touch ID, or iPhone-passcode protection in You → App lock.
No. Gila Guide helps you record and review information; it does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or tell you how to change medication. Discuss medical questions with your healthcare professional.

Your Gila is getting ready.
